Kainan sa Dalampasigan

This is a restaurant located at Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines. If you happen to be looking for a nice lunch or dinner after hitting the beach, you might want to visit this. You can also enjoy the forest-like ambiance of this scrumptious Filipino food haven!
Let me welcome you inside!
Restaurant banner!
Yes, you can actually see this tree inside the place!
Sneak peak of their stained glass windows.
Stained glass windows' view from the outside.
Another view.
Mom!
The photos hanging in bamboo stands are their press features.
Tada! This is the first thing I saw when I entered the restaurant. Uhm, yeah. This is already inside the dining area.
A closer look. . .
Lovely, isn't it?
Chandelier!
Near the parking area, I think? Lol

So yeah, I practically enjoy this place because I am fascinated with natural aesthetics. I would prefer this place than dining in a posh and high class hotel in Manila. Anyway, I am so sorry for not taking pictures of the food. We were starving when we arrived here. Thus, at the moment I got a glimpse of the food serving by the friendly waiters, I forgot my camera and ate already. Lol.

Nasi Lemak: Food Review

A Singaporean-based restaurant located at the 2nd floor of Robinson's Galleria. Try checking it out! :)
It was a nice experience to try Southeast Asian foods, and I really enjoyed eating at Nasi Lemak.
The Ice Bandung, albeit that it has a weird taste at first because of the rose petals, I really like its rich milk taste and the fact that it is different from other beverages typical restaurants offer.
Tom Yap Soup is good because of its texture and its creamy sour taste.
Hainanese chicken is also good and so as the steam fish because both the chicken and the fish are well-cooked. Char Kway Teow is also nice but I think it should have more sauce and more salty taste in it so it will not look dry.
Their Beef Rendang is like Mechado in the Philippines, but the difference is, it has its coconut flavor in it which really adds to its rich taste.
For my personal favorite among the food that we ordered, it would be the Chicken bits with Basil. I love its salty and sweet delectable taste and I also like how they shaped their chicken into small ball-like bits.
Lastly, the cute little Onde Ondes are really yummy especially the sweet sauce that pops out when you eat the glutinous rice flour shaped into balls.

For the food presentation, all the food that we ordered is well done and the garnishing is just enough to make the food mouthwatering to look at. So for the overall food rating would be above average and I would definitely return to try another set of food in their menu :)

University Week

This week has been quite exciting for me <3
My best friend and I met up for our LEAP classes then we bought these pouches and rings at Yuchengco Lobby. The place seriously looked like a marketplace, but I like it so lively like that! Lol
Both from my ever generous Tita, she also bought us Leche Flan at Conti's too! Yummm!
My fail henna tattoo, because it just appears to be like a inked by a Pentel pen. Lol. And the font, the henna artist did not followed what I said. Tsk!
My best friend gave me brownies! Yey!
Thrifter rings from Yuchengco lobby's tiangge! They are pretty, but not so evident since this photo has a poor resolution. Excuse my lack of a decent camera. Lol.

I have lots of hidden stories and as much as I want to blog about those things, I must not! Haha.

Lastly, here is a photo of my best friend and I during the Animo Party 2k11.
