Kawaiiness

Hello! I am starting to be fascinated with gyarus and kawaii culture of Japan for the past few months. Well, not because they are popular these days but because these cutesy Japanese style of makeup and fashion epitomizes innocence and beauty at the same time, and not the usual whore culture from the other countries wherein female wear barely there clothes with their very strong aura in make ups. Do you get what I mean? Lol. I do think gyarus from Japan and the flawless Korean girls are the contrast of those smoky hot girls in bikinis in the West. Lol. Therefore, making me like these pop culture. I love how they promote cuteness rather than hotness, although that is based on my own preference. Lol.

So by the bye, I am into web researching about these culture and I saw this beautiful girl somewhere. I am too in love with her hair and she is so fabulous! And I saw her face without make up and she is still lovely. She is one of the few people I know who has a very nice skin. For some reasons though, I can see her resemblance with the renowned internet celebrity, Miss Tricia Gosingtian. Some of her photos like this one really reminds me of Miss Tricia. Lol, I have also been back reading her blog since yesterday because it is so interesting and I learned a lot, especially with beauty products and blogging. Seeing her photos too made me realize I badly need my own decent camera if I want to improve my blogging. Lol.

I also want to share here that she is having her blog giveaway, and of course I joined. You can also join too! (Referring to those who might stumble upon this blog. Lol). Good luck to us! I have been really eyeing that Candy Doll mineral powder since God knows when. Lol.
Click the photo to read the mechanics of the contest!

I also want to suggest another beauty blogger who happens to be gorgeous as well. Her name is Jen and she seems to be not just very pretty but also down to earth and nice as well! Her videos are awesome and I love her voice and her personality! View her if you have time and if you need to learn things about make-ups!

So there! To anyone who happened to read this, stay beautiful inside and out guys! Kick the negative vibes away!

Studded Connector Ring

I really cannot find this type of ring here in the Philippines. . .

So I decided to make my own, lol. (Uhm, yeah. The book where it was placed is ‘Catcher in the Rye’. Lol.)
When worn by me:
And yes, my fingers look deformed. Please ignore them anyway. Lol.

Orange for Summer!

So this summer, you can actually caught me everyday donning orange make-up! Lol. I always hate bright colors, but this summer, even though I am sad, my taste in colors are surprisingly perky! Lol. So when I saw the new Miss Tangerine Line from Etude House, I immediately visited the store as soon as possible. But unfortunately, some products were already out of stock. So, I was not the only one who loves orange this summer, eh?

These are the only products that I like which were available when I visited Etude House at Megamall.

Miss Tangerine cream choux blusher in orange! This is my second favorite cream blusher, next to my Max Factor cream blush in soft pink.
Miss Tangerine Soda Tint in Orange. I used this in my last trip to the beach and the color lasts long in your lips. You can use this when you hate re-applying lipstick but you need color on your lips.
This is my favorite lipstick. It is a lighter shade compare to the lip tint above and is really perfect in my lips, based on my perspective. Whoa, you cannot imagine how much I love this!

And this is how the products look on my face. . .
Uhm, yuh, my hair is quite orange-ish too! Hahaha!

And for my nails, to complete my everyday look. . .
Not actually from Etude House, but from another Korean Brand, The Face Shop! I am not a fan of glitters so I prefer The Face Shop's version of orange nail polish! Hee!

I still need to try the Miss Tangerine Veiling Powder and Cotton Primer, but I am quite afraid to try something new for my face because I always have pimple break outs whenever I try using other foundation and powder beside L'oreal True Match Liquid Foundation and Mineral Powder. So yuh, I am still thinking if I will buy them. But you see, I also want to try the Majolica Majorlica Foundation because the case is extremely gorgeous or the Candy Doll powder! Okay, I cannot make up my mind. . .Lol!

Things that made me happy this Christmas

Metal Bow and Audrey Hepburn Rings. I adore Audrey Hepburn.
Maybe I could have loved you better. Maybe you should have loved me more. Maybe our hearts were just next in line. Maybe everything breaks sometimes. - Audrey Hepburn
Black Short-Heeled Clogs. I am loving the buckles and the studs.
Anne Klein Blue Bag. The brightest-colored bag I have.
 Powerbooks Planner. /adieu Starbucks planner
Black Hobo Bag from Celine. New school bag <3.
Set of Jewelries although I am not so fond with light-colored pearls. But it's so pretty to stare at. HEH.
The Beatles Shirt! Take these broken wings and learn to fly. All your life. You were only waiting for this moment to arise. Black bird singing in the dead of night. Take these sunken eyes and learn to see all your life. You were only waiting for this moment to be free.
 White Shirt with Rosary Necklace.
Gray Clogs. But I'm a little frightened wearing this because I might trip all the time. Lulz. Shall practice more on my mad heels-skills. Lulz.
This is my favorite! Forever 21 Cross connector ring in brass. I am hoping to get the silver one soon if they still have stocks. Hihi
